Shipping policy

At this time, some items on our store are available for preorder while inventory is in transit to our fulfillment warehouses.

Preorders
Orders containing preorder items will ship once inventory arrives at our warehouses. Current estimated arrival is late April 2026. As soon as inventory is received and processed, orders will begin shipping in the order they were placed.

Fulfillment Locations
Orders may ship from either our United States or United Kingdom warehouse, depending on the destination and product availability.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and select international destinations.

Shipping Times
Once an order ships, delivery timelines typically range from 3–7 business days for domestic shipments and 7–14 business days for international shipments, depending on the carrier and destination.

Tracking
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
