1. Who We Are & Scope

Welcome to Zileej. We are a creative design company focused on innovative, meaningful products inspired by Muslim values, such as our 5Pillars games and Salam Sisters dolls. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to our website and the use of our services by all visitors and customers. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.


2. Using Our Services

You may use our Services only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old or have a parent/guardian’s permission to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. All purchases and wholesale account applications must be completed by individuals who have reached the legal age of majority.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in illegal activities, attempt to access unauthorised data, or misrepresent our products as your own.
  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your information and for all activity under that account.


3. Intellectual Property & User Content

All content on this site – including text, images, logos, product designs, and game mechanics – is the exclusive property of Zileej or its licensors.

  • Usage: You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
  • User Submissions: If you submit reviews, photos, or artwork, you grant Zileej a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and share that content for promotional purposes.


4. Commercial Terms (B2C & B2B)

Zileej maintains different protocols to serve both our families and our global partners:

  • For Retail Customers (B2C): We strive for total satisfaction. All orders are subject to the tax laws and duties of the destination country.
  • For Wholesale Partners (B2B): All business-to-business transactions are strictly governed by the Zileej Standard Terms of Sale and the 2026 Product Catalogue. These include requirements for Full Carton increments, USD settlement, and RRP Alignment.
  • Promotional Windows: Any deviations from the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) are pre-approved only during specified windows such as Ramadan, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Back to School, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.


5. Logistics & Financials

  • Shipping & Risk: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all international shipments are EXW (Ex-Works). Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon collection by the carrier.
  • Lead Times: Processing for in-stock items is typically 5–7 business days.
  • Currency: All catalogue pricing and official quotations are denominated and must be settled in United States Dollars (USD). Intermediary bank fees or conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.


6. Returns & Claims

  • Defective Stock: Any defective items must be reported in writing with photo evidence within 14 days of receipt for replacement.
  • Final Sale: Wholesale orders are final; no change-of-mind or unsold stock returns are permitted.
  • Consumer Rights: Statutory consumer rights under local laws are not excluded.


7. Legal Provisions

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zileej is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the specific goods.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the invoicing Zileej entity.
  • Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
